My recent stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations. the staff were exceptionally friendly and enthusiastic, making me feel right at home. the room was gorgeous, with its opulent art deco design and excellent standard throughout. I particularly enjoyed the continental breakfast box that was delivered to my room each morning, filled with delicious croissants, jams, and fruit. Although there was no lift to the superior king rooms, the staff were always willing to assist with any luggage. the location was convenient, although I do miss the AO restaurant that used to be nearby. the complimentary mini bar and variety of teas and snacks were a nice added touch. I stayed in a deluxe double room and was impressed by how well-decorated and luxurious it was. the staff went above and beyond to make my stay special, even decorating the bed with rose petals for my anniversary. the modern decor, excellent service, and thoughtful amenities truly made for a memorable experience. Overall, I found the hotel to offer great value for the level of luxury provided. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay in the area.
